What Will I Need To Bring?
In order to provide a meaningful consultation we ask that you bring the following information to our office:

  • A List Of Your Creditors: with a good estimate of the amount owed.
  • Pay Stubs, if employed (important to provide most recent pay stubs.)
  • Disclosures for Consultation: A copy of the form can be downloaded here in PDF format. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is free), you may download it from the following page: Windows or Macintosh.
  • Completed Questionnaire: before you meet with an attorney, we will request that you complete a short questionnaire. This will allow us to assess your situation and advise you appropriately.   • Retainer: if you choose to retain our firm after your free consultation, we ask for an initial retainer of at least $100.00. After retaining our office you can start referring your creditors to us.
